Are all of the items original?
Yes, we select very carefully global partners to guarantee authenticity. Also within every order, you our lovely customer will receive the brand authenticity card for all garments provided. If you are not fully satisfied with the purchase, you will be given the option of a full refund, except for the shipping fees depending on your location.
Do I need to be registered to purchase?
No, you can simply choose whatever you desire and put the item in the cart. Once you are done shopping and clicked in the cart icon at the top right, you will be directed to the check-out page to enter all of the necessary data for shipping, select the method of payment and done!
Upon completion of your order, you will receive 2 emails concerning the progress and updates of the order: one as the order receipt, and the other as shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

Can I choose another courier?
Unfortunately not, DHL or UPS guarantees the arrival of the order as quickly as possible, and it is not possible to ship with any different couriers aside from DHL or UPS.
Where can I find the tracking code?
As soon as the online order is paid and confirmed, you will receive an email indicating the order has been shipped, along with the tracking code to track your package.
Are returns always free?
Yes, Carolazeta.com guarantees a free return, if requested within 14 days from when you receive your order. The item will be refunded 100% of its value. The initial shipping cost and duties however, will not be refunded.
Can I purchase by phone?
Unfortunately not yet, we are doing our best to offer this service and we will update you as soon as we will offer it; however, we always recommend to order online to ensure the availability of the item requested. How long does it take to receive an order?
Our team processes orders daily and fulfillment is scheduled within 24 working hours; delivery at the address indicated is expected within 48/72 working hours unless for customs delays. During sales or promotional campaigns, shipping may be a day or two delayed.
How can I make sure I get the right size? What can I do if I need to change it?
In the product page of each item, there is a size guide. If you click it, a pop-up will open for the difference in international sizings, and the measurements for the sizes available.
It is possible to ask for a change of size using the free return option and ordering the same item in the correct size. We will refund your first order and manage the second order as regular
I already have an account but I lost my password and I want to modify my data, what should I do?
By clicking on "Account" in the home page, after logging in, you can modify your data by clicking on “Personal information and address”. If you do not remember your password you can ask for a new one that will be sent to the email address given during registration.

Carolazeta.com ships worldwide only with selected express couriers. Currently, we use UPS and DHL couriers that are chosen by us according to the destination.
Delivery time for EU countries is 2-3 days from Monday to Friday.
Delivery time for out of EU countries is 3-4 days from Monday to Friday.
Delivery time to Russia is 7-10 days from Monday to Friday depending on destination within the Country.
All shipments are trackable. At the time of shipment the client receives the name of the courier and the tracking number to follow the progression of the shipment. Orders may be dispatched with a different courier from UPS and DHL, on rare occasions.
Please note that the couriers do not deliver to post-office boxes or personal mailboxes.
As per laws regulating commerce and trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice which states the value of each item in Euro. Discounted items reflect discounted prices. It is illegal to declare lower values or items as gifts.
As per tax regulations, it is not allowed to ship to a different country from the billing one.
If the box looks tampered, you can either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. If any of these conditions are met, you must promptly open a claim with the local Courier Office and inform Carolazeta.com Customer Care immediately.
DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) AND DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) SHIPPING
Items will be delivered DDU and according to the destination country.
E.g. In the USA for amounts up to $800 there are no additional taxes.
DDU Shipping: The extra EU countries are not subject to VAT, but are subject to any eventual local tax and import/clearance duties.
For these countries, the prices shown are already VAT deducted.
Should the order not be delivered due to a lack of client details or refusing to pay the duty (wrong or absent telephone number, wrong or absent address, non-compliance with import regulations) the package risks being sent back to Italy at the client’s expense including any import/clearance fees in which Carolazeta.com may incur for the return of good/s to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
Orders are dispatched (namely, processed and consigned to the courier to dispatch) in chronological order, according to the time received. “Fast shipping orders” have always the priority over “Standard shipping orders”. In weekdays (from Monday to Friday), orders are dispatched within 72 hours from the moment they are placed.
We remind all of our clients that during particular periods of the year, on Italian public holidays on which couriers do not deliver, and on very busy days, that we list here below, handling time (order processing and preparation) may delay up to 6/7 days:
